How does this layoff impact ReOps bonus payouts?

• Team Sales Volume Incentive Bonus: Impacted employees will be eligible to receive the Team Sales Volume Incentive bonus for eligible deals that close on or before January 15
• Team Attach Rate Incentive Bonus: Impacted employees are eligible for the Quarterly Team Attach Rate Incentive for Q4 2024, but are not eligible for Q1 2025.
• Personal Transaction Commissions: Impacted employees will be eligible for the personal transaction bonus (or commissions) for deals that close, or are booked to close, on or before January 31, 2025.
• P&L Bonus: Impacted employees are eligible for the Q4 2024 P&L bonus and Q4 2024 MM Attach Rate Incentive bonus (if attained), but are not eligible for the Q1 2025 P&L bonus or the Q1 2025 Attach Rate Incentive bonus. 

Will I be eligible for rehire?

Yes.

When will my license be released for transfer to my new firm?

As soon as possible, but no later than five business days. We’ll work to process requests to transfer or release licenses quickly. If you have any urgent requests relating to your license affiliation, please have your manager reach out to [e-mail] regarding your request.
